Find My Fourth — Effective March 17, 2026

Welcome to Find My Fourth. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Find My Fourth mobile application ("App"), operated by Find My Fourth ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Find My Fourth. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or the community.

Acceptable Use

Find My Fourth is a platform for connecting golfers for tee times and social play. When using the App, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
Create a false or misleading profile
Use the App for any commercial solicitation or advertising without our prior written consent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or infrastructure
Collect or harvest personal information from other users without their consent
Engage in any behavior that creates an unsafe or unwelcoming environment for other golfers

Community Standards and Trust System

Find My Fourth maintains a Trust System to promote a positive experience for all users. After playing together, users may be asked to complete post-round check-ins that contribute to the community's overall trust and quality.

We reserve the right to limit your visibility, restrict your access to features, or remove your account based on Trust System feedback or reports from other users, at our sole discretion.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including your profile information, photos, and game details. By posting content on Find My Fourth, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

We do not endorse or verify user-generated content and are not responsible for its accuracy.

In-Person Meetups

Find My Fourth facilitates connections between golfers, but we are not a party to any in-person interactions that result from using the App. You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting other users.

We encourage you to exercise common sense and good judgment when arranging to play golf with people you have met through the App. Find My Fourth does not conduct background checks on users and makes no representations or warranties regarding the conduct, identity, or intentions of any user.

You agree that Find My Fourth is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from in-person interactions with other users.

Intellectual Property

The Find My Fourth name, logo, Vibe System, and all associated branding, designs, and software are the property of Find My Fourth and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

Find My Fourth is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We make no guarantees regarding the quality of matches, the accuracy of user profiles, or the availability of tee times or playing partners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find My Fourth, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from in-person meetings with other users, loss of data, or inability to access the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Find My Fourth, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your conduct in connection with any in-person interactions facilitated through the App.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the community.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Find My Fourth after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy

Your use of Find My Fourth is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
